Police: Woman who called 911 to report abandoned baby is the mother

Police say a woman who called 911 Wednesday to report finding an abandoned baby outside her Beltsville home has admitted to being the child’s birth mother. FOX 5 spoke to that woman Wednesday afternoon, after she had claimed to have made the discovery.
